• For ages: 4-13 (in Reception to Year 8 at the time of event)
• SEND welcome: Absolutely! (however please contact us before booking if your child has specific needs*)
• Allergies & dietary requirements: Catered for, add them to your child’s profile
• Nut free setting: Yes!
• Tax-Free Childcare & Childcare Vouchers: We accept both (see note below)
• What’s included: All sessions include our fantastic and exciting outdoor fun-packed Forest School activities! Plus….9am-3pm sessions include a mid-morning snack of hot chocolate with marshmallows. 8am-4pm ‘Campfire Club’ sessions include a campfire breakfast of toast/crumpets, and a mid-morning snack of hot chocolate with marshmallows.

Summary of what your child will need:

• A hearty packed lunch & plenty of snacks
• A refillable water bottle (no glass)
• Suitable outdoor clothes - Arms and legs need to be covered at all times
• Waterproof coat
• Sturdy footwear that is fully enclosed
• Seasonal extras as relevant e.g. waterproof gloves/warm hat, sun cream/sunhat
• Extra clothes which can be used to layer up or to replace wet clothes
• Spare socks and shoes 

Drop off & Collection: Our clubs are full days, not drop-in sessions, or wrap around child care. You will need to drop off and collect your child at the times on your booking. We are not able to accommodation any variations to these times. There is a very important induction and safety talk at the beginning of each session which all children need to attend so your child must arrive for your booked time i.e. at 8am or at 9am.

Due to the nature and locations of the Forest School sites, staff are only able to be at the gates at either 8am or 9am, and 3pm or 4pm. If you arrive late for a session, you will have to call us and wait until it is possible for a team member to leave the site and come to meet you.

Collection must be at the time on your booking i.e. at 3pm or at 4pm. All sites close at 4pm so a later pick up is not an option. See our FAQs for full details.

Paying by Tax-Free Childcare or a Childcare Voucher scheme: Once you have placed your booking, you will receive an email with full details for the day. You will then need to login to your voucher provider account and send us payment in full, and reply to our email with a copy of the payment confirmation. This must be sent to us within 24-hours to guarantee your booking (or before the start of your booking if that is sooner). Full details will be included on your booking confirmation email.
